Vinny Buzzetta | The Cake Artist

Immediately upon graduating high school, Vinny attended the French Culinary Institute of NYC where he graduated first in his class. He was the youngest person to ever complete the program, and the 21 year old has already established his shop, The Cake Artist, as one of Staten Island’s hottest up-and-coming bakeries- with a client list to match. The Cake Artist has made cakes for the cast of Broadway’s Billy Elliot, Bella magazine and one for Jersey Shore’s own, Angelina Pivarnick.

The Cake Artist specializes in wedding and event cakes, cupcakes, hand decorated cookies, chocolate and sugar sculptures. It also hosts children’s birthday parties and specialty customized pastry classes, where children get a chance to bake and decorate their own cupcakes or cookies.

WEtv airs Vinny’s daily routine in the reality TV show, Staten Island Cakes. The pastry prodigy balances his roles as business owner, baker, artist and member of a large Italian family, while barely old enough to legally drink and still living at home.
